Patio Mona is approximately 10'x16', constructed of reinforced concrete and marble mosiac tiles, constructed over a 2 year period from 1998 to November 2000. The mosaic consists of approximately 15,000 pieces of 3/8" thick marble. Concrete was cast in sections using metal forms, hand sculpted, reproducing DaVinci's background including landscaping, mountains, river, and bridge.
