Seattle (AP) -- Passersby walk past 

a full-scale balloon replica of the 

Statue of Liberty head as it is raised 

at Seattle's Gas Works Park on Friday, 

July 2, 1999. The 30-foot replica will 

remain atop a hill at the park through 

the annual Independence Day celebrations 

there, which are scheduled to include 

the longest fireworks display in its 

11-year history on July 4.
